Use of www.villaflor.nl
Before you can use our webshop you must first register. You enter an e-mail address for this. We then create an account and send you a password to secure your account. You can comeplete your profile with various personal details in your account. These are used for the delivery of our services. This concerns the following data: first name, last name, address, postal code, city, country, e-mail address, telephone number, IP address from which the order was made, company name, Chamber of Commerce number (optional), VAT number (optional). We may process this personal data in the execution of the agreement you made with us. We keep this information as long as you are a client with us. This means that we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services.

Accounting program Offective
For the administrative processing of orders, we use the online accounting program Offective. Personal data that you give to us for the benefit of our services will be shared with this party. Offective has access to your data to provide us (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose.

Shipping and logistics
If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your order delivered to you. We use the services of DHL to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your e-mail address, company name, address and residence details with this party. They only use this information for the purpose of executing the agreement.

We only use your data for the benefit of our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the order you place. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. Through our website, cookies are placed from the American company Google as part of the “Analytics” service. We use this service to track and get reports on how visitors use the website. This processor may be obliged to provide access to these data on the basis of applicable laws and regulations.
